PROCESSING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

The processing time for orders is 2-3 working days, you can choose to have the order sent to your home or picked up at the nearest post office. Please note that if the product is sent home and the recipient is not at home when Íslandspóstur brings the package, it will be stored at the nearest post office and the recipient will pick it up there. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you when the product will be ready, or refund if requested. Victoria Vynn Iceland is not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur to a product in transit. If a product is lost in the mail or is damaged from the time it is sent from to the person concerned, the damage is the responsibility of the buyer, who must seek compensation from Íslandspóst.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING COSTS

You can pay with credit and debit cards. Victoria Vynn Iceland does not store any card information, but it is registered with Rapyd card service in a certified and encrypted environment.

Packages are sent domestically by Íslandspóstí, the shipping cost is ISK 1390.

PRICE

All prices in the online store include VAT. Victoria Vynn Iceland reserves the right to change the price without notice and to correct the price in the online store if it is incorrectly entered.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

You can return a product within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. You can contact victoriavynniceland@gmail.com to request a return or exchange for other products. A refund comes in the same form as was paid for the product in the beginning. NOTE: Products purchased on sale cannot be returned. Please note that in order for a return product to be received, it must be unused in its original and undamaged packaging. When returning a product that has been delivered, shipping costs are not refunded.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If a product is defective within two months of purchase, the customer is entitled to a new product and we will send it free of charge. We will also pay the cost of sending the defective product back. Defective products can be refunded if the customer does not wish to receive a replacement product.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Victoria Vynn Iceland pledges complete confidentiality regarding information provided in connection with the online store and will under no circumstances hand over this information to third parties, except in the case of a police matter. The handling of all personal information is in accordance with Act no. 77/2000 on personal protection.

DEFENSE ASSEMBLY ACT

The provisions of the Act on door-to-door and distance sales no. 96/1992, provisions of the Act on Liquid Asset Purchase no. 50/2000 as applicable and the provisions of the Act on Consumer Purchases no. 48/2003.
